Who Should Join?

The worldwide solar photovoltaic market has experienced meteoric growth in the past decade, California is the US’s leading adopter of solar power, representing over 75% of the market. In the coming years there will be even more activity as public concern about energy pricing, reducing carbon emissions and security will drive a market that has huge growth potential. If you are concerned about how to play a part in the industry’s growth and want to help eliminate some of the barriers to proliferation and cost, then SolarTech needs you.

Participation Is Required To Maximize Returns

This is an opportunity to collaborate on very specific issues with highly qualified peers who share your passion for speeding up adoption of solar. This is a forum where you can truly affect change on issues of Performance, Installation, Utility Interconnections and Incentives, Permits, Training and Workforce and Financing. Choose the areas that most interest you and join that sub-committee. SolarTech meets monthly to update and report on progress and issues that need member support. Sub-committees meet ongoing to independently accomplish their tasks. With everything moving at such a rapid pace, time is of the essence, if we are going to achieve reducing the installed cost of PV systems.
